We have a diverse elderly-living environment where the services are tailored to
meet each individual's needs. Our assisted living facility is designed in a
farmstead layout that offers views of the adjacent cropland. We provide gracious
country living with enough assistance to keep our guests healthy and independent.
Each resident room is detailed with high ceilings, a kitchenette, window seats
and large combination walk-in closet/dressing rooms. The rooms are arranged
around a central common area in three small wings. This layout, along with a
room count of only 31, ensures short corridors and a more residential feel.
Numerous interior sitting areas, a large front porch and a protected courtyard
allow for multiple relaxing settings outside the resident rooms.
For residents requiring some assistance with the activities of daily living, but
who want to remain as independent as possible, the Assisted Living apartments
provide the ideal solution. Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of
each resident.

"My husband, Karl, was on the original board of Directors in 1968 when the
nursing home was built. The dream of the community was to 'take care of our
own.' Now, we are benefiting from that original dream. When Karl and I were
unable to keep up with the responsibilities involved with owning a home we
moved into the Independent Apartments so we could be more at ease about the
responsibilities of maintenance, meals, and more. Then when we became
frailer, we moved to the Assisted Living to get the extra help we needed. It
is just wonderful to have all these services available here in my hometown of
Clearwater!"
